To apply for a user name and password to access non-public information on the Message of Life website, please fill out the application form below. After you click on the submit button:
  1. You will receive an email at the address you have entered.
  2. You must confirm your application submission by following the directions in that email address. Confirmation via email ensures that no one can fill out the with your credentials except for you...you must be able to access and open email for the account you specify.
  3. After you confirm your application (via email), the office of Message of Life will be notified of your application.
  4. Upon receipt of the application, the office will review your request.
  5. If approved, you will receive a second email message confirming that your access is granted.
